Winter Market Opens

Saturday December 6, 22008

From 9am until 1pm

 A summer time tradition does not have to end, every Saturday during winter our vendors and growers will still be at the Market. Starting tomorrow we enclose the market by rolling down the exterior doors on the west end of the market and turn on the heat.

With a portion of the market enclosed we are able to operate right through the winter. Growers plan for this and store produce and fruits to sell alongside our other vendors that have products that are available year round such as Honey, Coffee, Chicken, Turkey, Beef, Eggs, Cheeses, Breads, Jams, Jellies, Baked Goods and so much more!

The Ohio Direction Card is accepted at the Market Office on Saturdays from 9 to 12

The Poultry House is open six (6) days a week, closed Mondays

The Toledo Ohio Farmers' Market is a shining star in the Warehouse District of Toledo.  It remains much the same as in its early days.  The Market continues to thrive because quality, home-grown produce is available.  Along with farm fresh produce, The Market also provides quality poultry products, fresh baked goods, herbs, fresh cut flowers, all types of plants, fruit and  cider, handmade crafts, and gourmet food items.
